LNDC INVESTS M250, 000 IN NUL TO EXPLORE COTTAGE INDUSTRIES WITHIN THE ROMA VALLEY!

The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) has provided M250, 000 boost to the National University of Lesotho (NUL) that will be used to explore means to take the incubated NUL industries to large scale mass production.

"This marks the beginning of our relationship with the University," said Mr Mohato Seleke, the CEO of the LNDC, as he signed an MOU with NUL during the NULISTICE 2018 GALA dinner.

NUL’S PROFESSOR HIMANSHU NARAYAN TAKES US DOWN THE NULISTICE 2018 MEMORY LANE

Until a week before NULISTICE 2018, many were still asking: “What is this NULISTICE thing by the way?” Many were still saying, “…never heard about it!” Therefore, as much as we were certain about close to 100 participants from other countries, we were very skeptical about local participation, especially from NUL, where the response was only lukewarm. NUL UNVEILS MANGANGAJANE ELECTRIC FRUIT DRIER

Dried fruit is good. That is why the National University of Lesotho (NUL) is happy to introduce MANGANGAJANE Electric Fruit Drier. And that is because Mr Seforo Mohlalisi and Mr Thabo Koetje, the two prolific NUL thinkers, are at it again.

With a press of a button, you have your fruits dried, within a minimum of 8 hours! You are ready to munch, or package and sell. And the fruits are very, very clean and very, very healthy—you can sell them to Shoprite, or Pick’npay!

It is the work of NUL’s latest gadget.

At the Pioneer Mall, most people were not only struck by the idea of a mobile garden, they were also struck by its simplicity.
